Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team management. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service


• Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to staff, fostering a positive working environment


• Manage daily operational tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring


• Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales potential


• Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and senior management through clear and professional phone etiquette


• Organise training sessions and development programmes to enhance team skills and knowledge


• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets


• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health \& safety regulations, and quality standards


• Handle administrative responsibilities such as reporting, record keeping, and inventory management

• Proven experience in supervising or management roles within retail or sales environments


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively


• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous


• Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks


• Ability to motivate staff while maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette


• Experience in retail management or related fields is preferred


• Organised with strong problem\-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast\-paced environment
