The Leytonstone Tavern is an award\-winning neighbourhood dining pub in East London, known for our welcoming atmosphere, incredible burgers and tacos, legendary Sunday roasts, and dedication to supporting local breweries, independent producers and regenerative farming.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager / Supervisor to join our ambitious and growing management team. Working alongside our experienced founders and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, leading shifts, supporting operations and helping shape the future of an exciting independent hospitality business.

About Us
At The Leytonstone Tavern, hospitality comes first. Alongside our busy restaurant and bar, we host weddings, celebrations, tequila tastings, beer festivals, BBQs and bespoke events, while our award\-winning food trucks appear at festivals and events across the summer.
We’re proud members of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, working closely with suppliers focused on high welfare farming and regenerative agriculture, ensuring the best produce reaches our guests.

You’ll be someone who genuinely loves hospitality and enjoys leading from the front.
You’ll ideally have:
✔ Strong hosting and customer service skills
✔ Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
✔ 4\+ years hospitality experience
✔ Experience managing busy services and leading teams
✔ Good understanding of craft beer, wine, cocktails and coffee
✔ Experience with stock management and controls
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ A positive attitude, energy and passion for hospitality
