Duties

• Lead and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards


• Organise staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to optimise productivity


• Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff members


• Manage sales targets and implement strategies to improve results


• Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and customers through clear phone etiquette and organisational skills


• Ensure compliance with company policies, health \& safety regulations, and quality standards


• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and inventory management


• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and excellent customer service

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills


• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure


• Experience in hospitality


• Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with basic office software


• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective team management and customer interaction
