Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the establishment, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.


• Supervise and support team members in their roles, providing guidance and assistance as needed.


• Ensure high standards of food production and preparation are maintained at all times.


• Assist with training new staff members in hospitality best practices and operational procedures.


• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.


• Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or hotels.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.


• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is essential.


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• Previous experience in bartending or food production is advantageous but not mandatory.


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving with the ability to help others succeed in their roles.
