Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly within the restaurant or hotel sectors. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the establishment, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support team members in their roles, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Ensure high standards of food production and preparation are maintained at all times.
- Assist with training new staff members in hospitality best practices and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in bartending or food production is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving with the ability to help others succeed in their roles.
