We're now looking for an ambitious and energetic Supervisor to join our team at our Camden restaurant, located just a 3\-minute walk from Camden Town Station.

The Role

As Supervisor, you'll be a key member of the management team, supporting the General Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant. You'll lead shifts, motivate the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader looking to develop their career within a growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant

Lead shifts and ensure smooth service delivery

Train, coach and develop team members

Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently achieved

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures

Ensure all Health \& Safety and Food Safety procedures are followed

Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development

Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively

Assist with labour management and operational efficiency

Ensure company systems, procedures and standards are consistently followed

Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager within hospitality

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience managing and motivating teams

Highly organised, proactive and solutions\-focused

Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment

Strong understanding of customer service excellence

Commercial awareness and basic understanding of restaurant financial performance

Seafood knowledge is advantageous but not essential

A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front
