What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring front\-of\-house staff
- Jumping on the floor to deliver top\-tier service when needed
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
- Assisting with training, rotas, and opening/closing duties
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and quick on your feet
- A natural leader who leads by example and brings out the best in others
- Strong communication skills — with both guests and your team
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and the occasional double
