Leadership and team management
- Leading a small team in one of our in\-store departments
- Be a role model for customer experience and train a team to deliver this experience consistently.

- You will lead the team in delivering an accurate store presentation and take pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand

- You will lead the team to ensure they are effective and always follow best practices to achieve business objectives and enhance the store profile.
