Supervisor Front of House

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our Front of House team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Supervise front of house operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and overseeing service delivery


• Lead and motivate the team to ensure efficient food service and customer satisfaction


• Supporting the management team in the day\-to\-day running of the pub


• Train new team members in service protocols, food safety, and hospitality standards


• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly


• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance


• Handling cash, stock, and opening/closing procedures


• Helping drive sales and creating a great atmosphere for our guests

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience preferred


• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure


• A professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences


• Passion for pubs, people and great service


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event days
