Your Career

This role offers the opportunity to develop experience across customer engagement, event management, marketing operations, and CRM data quality. Working closely with multiple teams, you will play a key role in supporting strategic customer initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to customer communications, case study development, and business processes that contribute directly to organisational success.

Your Team

You will work as part of the Marketing and Customer Engagement team, collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. The role supports a variety of initiatives, with a primary focus on customer engagement activities for WOW26, while also contributing to customer advocacy programmes and Salesforce data improvement projects.

Your Impact

You will help drive the success of WOW26 by increasing customer registrations, ensuring attendees are fully informed, and confirming participation ahead of the event. You will support the coordination and production of customer case studies and testimonials, including managing communications and approvals. In addition, you will identify and help address data quality issues uncovered through customer interactions, supporting improvements to the accuracy and effectiveness of Salesforce data. Responsibilities will vary depending on business priorities and assignments, providing a diverse and rewarding experience.
