Summer Operations & Sales Manager
Language in Action is looking for someone who thrives in two modes: leading a busy residential summer centre and building commercial relationships year\-round. If you're energised by the pace of summer operations and enjoy the relationship\-driven side of international student recruitment, this role was built for you.
During the summer, this role will operate as a residential Summer Centre Manager, leading the day\-to\-day delivery of a high\-quality student experience on campus. From September onwards, the role will transition into a Regional Sales Manager position, focusing on agent relationships, client development, student recruitment, and commercial growth across allocated markets.
About the role
This is a hybrid role combining operational leadership and commercial responsibility across two key phases of the year.
From spring through summer, you will support pre\-arrival operational planning and then move into residential centre\-based delivery during the summer peak, taking responsibility for the smooth, safe, and successful running of your assigned centre.
From September onwards, you will revert to a Regional Sales Manager role, helping to drive enrolments and business development through agent management, partnership growth, client support, and market strategy.
Outside of the summer operational period, the role is remote\-first, with occasional travel to the head office in London for team meetings and training, and regular travel for sales activity across allocated markets.
