Summer Merchandiser - Suntory

This is a seasonal support role running from 1st June to 31st August. The primary focus of the Summer Merchandiser is to support the wider sales and merchandising team by ensuring excellent in\-store execution, product availability, and brand visibility across assigned stores. This role is focused on merchandising standards and store support rather than direct sales.

- Support Sales Merchandisers in delivering best\-in\-class in\-store execution
- Maintain high standards of merchandising across all assigned stores
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed correctly
- Implement planograms and promotional displays as directed
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of in\-store activations
- Ensure product availability by identifying and escalating out\-of\-stock issues
- Merchandise off\-shelf displays and promotional activity
- Follow a defined call file and journey plan
- Build positive relationships with store staff and management
- Accurately record and submit activity data on a daily basis
- Provide timely feedback to your line manager
- Maintain CPM and client standards at all times
- Attend team calls and meetings as required
- Work efficiently to complete all assigned tasks to a high standard
- Support continuous improvement and bring a positive team\-focused mindset
- Full EU/Irish manual driving licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach
- Strong work ethic with a hands\-on mindset
- Good time management and reliability
- Detail\-oriented with pride in delivering high\-quality work
- Comfortable using basic technology (e.g. mobile apps, email)
- Positive, flexible, and team\-oriented attitude
- European Manual Driving Licence (required)
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland (required)
