About the Team
The Subscription Account Management team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group, located in Barcelona. This team prides itself on a culture of being both hungry and humble, where members work together towards achieving shared goals, particularly in customer renewals. The team is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging customer experience while driving retention and success within the client base. With a strong emphasis on cross\-collaboration and teamwork, the mission of the customer success team is to create a steady and healthy ecosystem for customer engagement, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Nutanix's offerings.
You will report to the Subscription Account Management Manager, who leads with a focus on empowerment and team collaboration. The hiring manager has extensive experience in emerging markets and brings valuable insights into renewals strategies. This role does require some travel, with a maximum of twice a year expected, allowing for opportunities to engage with clients and partners outside of the local region. Travel plans will be coordinated based on business needs and client relationships.
Your Role* Achieve renewal quotas on time to maintain company retention rates.
- Engage with customers regularly for value\-added progress checks.
- Liaise with field sales representatives, channel representatives, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, sales ops, and rev ops.
- Complete new hire training and acclimate to the company culture within the first 90 days.
- Develop a steady and healthy ecosystem within the assigned sub\-region.
- Operate independently and become the primary contact for clients in the mapped area by the end of the first year.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared renewal targets.
- Strong software selling skills and experience in quota carrying positions.
- Basic technical understanding of software licensing and renewals processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in forecasting or sales forecasting tools, knowledge of Clari and SFDC (Salesforce.com) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with cross\-functional teams and customers.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in\-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in\-office resources.
