Style Advisors are excited to build relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction. </strong></h6>
<h5>What you will do: </h5>
<ul>
<li>Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop your expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations</li>
<li>Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products</li>
<li>Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics</li>
<li>Building relationships to increase client’s loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program </li>
<li>Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure all store standards and operations are to company standards</li>
<li>Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team</li>
</ul>
<h5>Who you are:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service</li>
<li>Genuine interest in fashion and styling</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Performs successfully in a team-based culture</li>
<li>Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Available to work Full-time or Part-time </li>
