Studio/Operations Manager — Hotnation Eindhoven
For our boutique hot Pilates studio in Eindhoven, we are looking for an experienced, independent and proactive Studio/Operations Manager.
As the Studio/Operations Manager you will take full ownership of the studio. You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day operations, the team, the operational processes and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You are visible on the floor, know what is happening within the studio and solve problems before they become bigger issues.
You will lead our studio team and instructors, maintain our standards and make sure every client receives the same Hotnation experience every day.

What will you do?
As the Studio/Operations Manager, you are responsible for making sure Hotnation Eindhoven operates at a consistently high level.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing overall studio operations including customer service, cleaning, maintenance, logistics, staffing, scheduling and performance
- Maintaining Hotnation’s standards of service, quality, hospitality and studio presentation
- Actively leading by example and being present in the studio during shifts
- Being the face of the studio and building relationships with our clients and community
- Managing and supporting the studio team and instructors
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Owning instructor coverage and ensuring last\-minute cancellations are resolved without disruption to the schedule
- Forecasting staffing needs and supporting recruitment, onboarding and, where necessary, offboarding
- Making sure the team works independently, professionally and according to Hotnation standards
- Managing inventory including cleaning supplies, towels, merchandise and drinks
- Managing relationships with suppliers and external partners
- Handling maintenance, facilities, heating and equipment issues
- Ensuring the studio is clean, organised and fully operational at all times
- Working regular opening and closing shifts as part of the studio schedule
- Handling customer questions, complaints and other service issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service and the customer experience
- Making sure tasks are followed through from start to finish and that nothing is left unresolved
- Keeping management informed on staffing, operational issues, costs and studio performance
- Operational execution of events, activations and community moments
- Training and development of the studio team
- Onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Improving customer service and team performance
- Further professionalising studio operations as Hotnation continues to grow
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just work in the studio, but truly runs it.
- At least 2 years of relevant operational experience, preferably with responsibility for a team or location
- Highly organised, proactive and strong at planning and follow\-through
- A natural leader who is comfortable managing people, giving feedback and holding the team accountable
- Independent, hands\-on and able to make decisions without waiting to be told what to do
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems when things change at the last minute
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for hospitality, service and studio presentation
- Interest in fitness, lifestyle, hospitality or sport
- Being a Pilates instructor, or having the ambition to become one, is a strong plus
- Experience with recruitment, training, booking or scheduling systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch is a plus
- Preferably based in or around Eindhoven and flexible within studio opening hours
- A 28–32 hour per week position
- €2\.200–€2\.500 gross per month, depending on experience and contracted hours
- A high level of autonomy within the studio opening hours
