Student Worker within AI and Digital Sales at Siemens

We are now looking for a hands\-on and curious student to join our Digital Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital sales, AI agents, and sales automation, with a strong focus on building and testing AI\-driven sales automation solutions.
As a Student Worker in Digital Sales, you will actively contribute to the development, prototyping, and implementation of AI agents and digital sales concepts. You will work closely with the Digital Sales Specialist and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams.
Your responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate AI agents/chatbots to support digital sales, customer interaction, and bidding processes
- Rapidly prototype and test new digital sales use cases (e.g., automation flows, lead qualification agents, competitor analysis)
- Support integration of AI agents into CRM, marketing automation, and digital workflows
- Support digital customer outreach via CRM, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, webinars, and lead generation activities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to turn ideas into working solutions
- How AI and automation are applied in modern B2B digital sales
- Hands\-on experience building real AI agents used in business workflows
- End\-to\-end digital sales processes and customer journeys
- Working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Exposure to electrification and automation solutions in the energy domain
- Student in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar (1 to 2 years remaining)
- Ability to understand and map the business problems
- Strong interest in building software, automation, or AI\-based solutions
- Hands\-on experience developing AI agents, chatbots, or automation workflows (not just theoretical)
- Comfortable in iterating, prototyping, and quickly turning ideas into working demos
- Curious about how AI can be applied to solve real business problems
- Structured, proactive, and self\-driven
- Proficiency in Swedish and English are must, additional language is a plus
- Have built projects using LLMs, chatbots, or agent frameworks
- Have experience integrating tools via APIs or automation platforms
- Have worked with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Have experience with data analysis or dashboards
- Have an interest in digital sales or commercial processes
