Student Worker Sustainability
Support our sustainability journey across the Nordics
As a Student Worker in Sustainability, you will support our Nordic Sustainability team in advancing our sustainability agenda. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, helping integrate sustainability into daily operations while gaining hands\-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about sustainability and eager to build practical experience alongside their studies.
Your Key Responsibilities* Support the translation of our Nordic and global sustainability strategy into concrete actions at both Nordic and local levels
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally
- Help respond to sustainability\-related customer inquiries and support stakeholder communication
- Contribute to the preparation of internal sustainability communication, including presentations, training materials, and workshops
- Support external communication efforts by reviewing and developing sustainability\-related content
- Assist in tracking developments in sustainability regulations (e.g., EU requirements) and summarizing key insights
- Help collect data and support reporting activities aligned with internal guidelines and KPIs
You are a curious and motivated student with a strong interest in sustainability. You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to learn how sustainability is applied in a business context. You bring a structured approach to your work and are comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands\-on execution in a mix of administrative and analytical tasks.
Your Qualifications* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, Economics, Energy, or a related field
- Interest in sustainability topics, particularly environmental sustainability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and contributing in a team setting
- Structured and detail\-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with content creation (e.g., presentations, reports, or communication materials) is a plus
- Fluency in both Danish and English
- Hands\-on experience within corporate sustainability in a Nordic organization
- The opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain insight into real\-world sustainability challenges
