Student Worker in Sales Excellence

Here is what the job entails
As our Student Worker in Sales Excellence, you will support key initiatives and projects that strengthen how we enable our sales organization. You will work closely with the Sales Excellence team and relevant stakeholders across the business to help connect strategy with day\-to\-day operations while improving the efficiency of our sales processes and tools.
More specifically, you will be:
- Supporting Sales Excellence initiatives and projects through coordination, follow\-up, and practical execution
- Developing and improving sales materials, including presentations, tools, and training content
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through data analysis
- Coordinating and supporting with ad hoc Sales Excellence tasks in the team

Reporting directly to our Head of Sales Excellence, you will join our ambitious and energized Sales Excellence team consisting of 12 dedicated colleagues. We work across different areas such as sales enablement, pricing, business performance management, customer experience and CRM. Less about us, more about you
We are looking for a curious and motivated Student Worker who thrives working in a fast\-paced environment with a variety of tasks spanning from strategic initiatives to day\-to\-day operational tasks. We imagine that you enjoy being close to the business and is comfortable both thinking conceptually and getting things done in practice. You may not have much practical experience yet, but your proactive and solution\-oriented approach as well as your desire to learn are just as imporant as your skills.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
- Are currently studying within business, commercial development, strategy, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Are hands\-on, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from idea to execution
- Can think strategically while also translating ideas into practical actions and concrete support
- Thrive in an environment with a high pace, many stakeholders, and changing priorities
- Are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and preferably comfortable working with data and presentations

The job is a part\-time position, and we expect you to be able to work 15 hours per week – however, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis.
