Student Wellbeing Practitioner (Neurodiversity)

  • 3 days (flexible on which days are agreed) 08:45\-16:15
Godalming College are looking to appoint a Student Wellbeing Practitioner (Neurodiversity) who will play a vital role in supporting student wellbeing by providing accessible and visible support for students with neurodivergence who might present in distress and need immediate support. They will support students in the form of wellbeing mentoring and provision of low to\-high level mental health interventions. The role also involves triaging wellbeing referrals where problem solving and effective signposting to internal and/or external wellbeing services is required. The Student Wellbeing Practitioner (Neurodiversity) is a key member of the Safeguarding Team.

The full\-time, full year salary range for the role is £35,594 \- £37,905 including fringe allowance. The actual salary range based on 21\.75 hours per week, term\-time only is £18,199\.21 \- £19,380\.83 including fringe allowance.
