Are you ready to gain hands\-on experience within Global People \& Culture in an international organisation? Are you a proactive and curious student who would like to contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, organisational culture, and employee experience? Can you coordinate tasks, support projects, and transform data into meaningful insights? Then you might be the Student Assistant we are looking for in Global People \& Culture at Falck.

About the job

We are a collaborative international team working together to support more than 1,000 leaders and 25,000 employees across 26 countries every day. You will work closely with local People \& Culture teams across different countries, as well as experienced specialists within Global People \& Culture. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into global HR practices in an environment that values knowledge\-sharing, curiosity, and teamwork — while being part of a culture founded on care, trust, and creating impact.

As part of our team, you’ll engage in diverse tasks, including:

  • Supporting the development of presentations, communication materials, and learning content using Falck’s own ChatGPT and other digital tools

  • Coordinating translations and updates of guides and support materials for global use

  • Supporting Global People \& Culture projects and collaborating with colleagues across various initiatives

  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support organisational insights \- an opportunity to strengthen your Excel and data visualisation and storytelling skills

  • Developing and maintaining training and e\-learning content as part of the global learning curriculum

  • Contributing to day\-to\-day activities within Global People \& Culture.
About you

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and curious team player who enjoys collaborating with others and taking ownership of tasks and initiatives. Ideally, you:

  • Are currently pursuing a relevant master’s degree within Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organisational Development, or a related field, with at least one year remaining of your studies and can work 15 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods)

  • Enjoy coordinating tasks and managing multiple priorities in a structured way

  • Have an interest in data, reporting, organisational insights, and translating data into meaningful insights and storytelling

  • Feel comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is considered an advantage

You will join our team of 25 dedicated colleagues in Global People \& Culture, reporting to our Senior People \& Culture Specialist. We are a global player, and as part of our growth strategy, we focus on optimising our People \& Culture organisation and processes to support both local and global goals best.

Our areas of responsibility include global performance and development dialogues, Diversity, Equality \& Inclusion, Global Engagement programmes, Falck’s Winning Behaviours, people data analytics, global rewards and compensation and much more.
