About the role
Local Unit \& Position Description
We are looking for a Student Assistant for Area Germany's CMC (Certification of Materials and Components) invoicing and business support team in Augsburg. The CMC invoicing and business support team is responsible for the end\-to\-end administrative process within Area Germany´s product certification. Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting the CMC (Product Certification) invoicing \& business support team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Supporting issuance of internal or external invoices
- Supporting in handling of invoice claims

About you
- Currently enrolled student in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture
- Minimum 12 months remaining in student status
- Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Available to work 15–20 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
