About the job
We are looking for an ambitious student assistant with a passion for digital communication to support our global brand and communication platforms.
As part of the Branding, Digital \& Internal Communications team, you will update and maintain content on our websites and intranet and support colleagues around the world with content changes. You will also help with testing and implementation of new features across our channels.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining content on our websites and intranet
- Supporting testing and development of websites and intranet
- Supporting global brand platforms such as Templafy, Bynder and TwentyThree
- Handling shared mailboxes
- Carrying out ad hoc analyses and investigations
- Providing general administrative support
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and quick\-learning student assistant with a positive and proactive mindset. Ideally, you:
- Are close to completing your bachelor’s degree or are in the first year of a master’s degree in digital communication, marketing, business administration or a similar field
- Are structured and flexible when priorities change
- Pay close attention to detail and take pride in delivering quality work
- Feel confident navigating complex systems and understanding dependencies
- Have a good understanding of digital platforms; experience with any CMS is a plus
- Are comfortable working in English
- Have experience with Microsoft OfficeAre a helpful and caring teamplayer
