Student Assistant, Downstream Process Engineering
Are you studying Chemical engineering or similar and eager to apply your knowledge in a real GMP production environment? As a Student Assistant in Downstream Process Engineering at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, you will gain hands\-on experience with process equipment, documentation, and improvement tasks while supporting the team behind critical downstream operations.
About the role
You will join the Process Engineering Downstream team and work on varied tasks ranging from smaller ad\-hoc tasks to supporting larger improvement projects. The role is hands\-on, offering opportunities to support documentation, analyze data, and collaborate across functions in a regulated environment. The role requires on\-site presence.
Examples of tasks
- Create material lists and elastomer changeout plans
- Update Equipment Master Data Sheets
- Assist in building Electronic Turnover Packages for new campaigns
- Perform trend reviews and document findings
- Analyze production\-relevant data
- Provide ad hoc support to Process Engineers
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and International Business, or a similar field with knowledge of process equipment at a Danish educational institution, preferably with at least 2 years of studies remaining
- Structured, self\-motivated, and able to work independently after guidance
- Curious, collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office; open to learning new systems and tools
- Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken
- Interest in GMP and working in a regulated environment
