Student Assistant – AI Agent Operator

We are looking for two curious Student Assistants to join our Claude Cowork implementation efforts.

Falck is rolling out agentic AI capabilities across the business, and we need people who can make it useful in everyday work. The Agent Operator is a forward\-deployed AI workflow builder – a bridge between business users, AI tools and our technical teams. You will work close to the business but stay connected to Data, Insights \& AI team, helping colleagues move from “I have an AI idea” to “we have a working, governed and repeatable agentic process.”

As our Student Assistant, you will experience a variety of tasks as you will:

• Engage with users and teams to understand their tasks, pain points and ways of working


• Help colleagues design and build AI workflows in hands\-on “build\-with\-me” sessions


• Train and support users through communication, workshops, office hours, training, quick\-start guides and role\-specific use cases


• Proactively propose ways teams can work better with AI, and turn the best individual experiments into workflows the whole team can rely on


• Maintain and improve AI workflows over time


• Track adoption and impact, and share what you learn with the rest of the team


• Champion responsible, secure and compliant use of AI in line with Falck’s guardrails

The hours will range from \[15–20] hours per week on average, and we will of course be particularly flexible during exam periods. We do expect you to work from office in Copenhagen most of the time.

About you
=============

We are looking for two curious, hands\-on and people\-oriented Student Assistants who have a genuine feel for what agentic AI can and cannot do, the practical ability to build and improve workflows, and the people skills to help colleagues adopt them. We don’t expect you to be strong in everything from day one – curiosity, drive and a willingness to learn matter most.

As this is a Student Assistant role, you are:

• Enrolled at a university, e.g. within business, IT, data, digital innovation, communication, HR/organisation or finance


• Experienced with agentic AI tools (e.g. Cowork, Claude Code, Codex etc.) and have a good sense of when AI can genuinely improve a task rather than just speed it up slightly


• Comfortable working in a technical environment and enjoy breaking messy work into clear, reliable steps an agent can carry out


• A clear communicator who can explain technical things simply to non\-technical colleagues


• Curious about how the business works, structured in your approach, and able to work independently

It is an advantage if you have built your own AI workflows, prompts, skills or automations, have experience with Python, SQL, Git, APIs/connectors, markdown or tools such as Codex or Cowork, or have experience teaching, facilitating or supporting users.

For one of the two positions, we are specifically looking for a candidate with a finance background (e.g. studying finance, accounting or economics) who can embed credibly with our finance teams.
