<p><span data-contrast="auto">With a large and growing client portfolio, we are looking for a proactive and business-savvy Strategy Consultant within Value Engineering who wants to make their mark in data-driven value articulation, business cases, measurement frameworks, and financial modelling.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<h2>What will your day look like?</h2>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As our new Strategy Consultant within Value &amp; Promotional Engineering, you will work alongside our Strategy Consulting team, helping clients understand both the potential and the realized ROI of their investments in digital marketing, loyalty, AI, and CRM.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Your work will inform executive-level decision-making and support large-scale transformation programs at some of the world’s leading companies. You will work across multiple clients and projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with the broader VML MAP organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">More specifically, your responsibilities will include:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Developing business cases, measurement frameworks, financial models, and KPI reporting</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Spearheading the creation of new and improved assets, tools, and methodologies that advance the discipline</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Working with client stakeholders to define the value architecture and business goals, and to analyze baseline data and performance insights to build data-driven commercial strategies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Crafting and delivering compelling presentations, roadmaps, and recommendations for executive stakeholders</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Leading workshops to identify business value and strategic insights in collaboration with client stakeholders</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Promoting the adoption of value engineering approaches internally and externally among clients and prospects</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supporting client teams and commercial growth initiatives, including account development and new business</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will collaborate closely with specialists across the wider VML MAP organization - including experts in technology, data, creative, and client leadership - across our global offices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will also work directly with client stakeholders across multiple functions, including marketing, sales, digital, and technology. Our global client base spans industries such as FMCG, retail, fashion, automotive, and financial services. In addition, you will be working with our clients, both management and specialists, across many of their functions including marketing, sales, digital, and technology. <h2>What do you bring to the table?</h2>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a person, you are an outgoing and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset. You enjoy solving complex business challenges in a structured and analytical way, with a strong attention to detail. You are comfortable collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and translating it into clear insights and recommendations supported by a compelling storyline.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">In addition, you have:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">4-5 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy function (candidates with strong relevant capabilities are encouraged to apply)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A relevant master’s degree, preferably in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in complex stakeholder environments at a global level</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">The ability to move seamlessly between strategic perspective and detailed analysis</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">The ability to work both independently and as part of a team</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong business case and financial modelling capabilities</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Experience in financial modeling for loyalty programs is strongly preferred, including the estimation of cost and impact of various loyalty currencies and value propositions.</span></span></li>
