Strategy and Transformation Coordinator (Part Time, Student Position)

We're currently in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Strategy and Transformation Coordinator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands\-on experience within corporate strategy. There will be plenty to learn and as part of this position, you'll work closely with our full\-time colleagues with experience both from Columbus and from top\-tier management consulting companies. Together we support all levels of internal stakeholders and the group management function, and you will also be entrusted with taking ownership of individual tasks and minor projects. Location: Currently based in Ballerup, relocating to Nordhavn in November
Hours: \~15 hours/week (flexible)
Start: 1 September (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various projects across our business units and markets with senior teammates
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and follow\-up of executive meetings
- Support strategy design and execution
- Execute strategy and transformation communication
- Develop presentations for top management
- Prepare data and perform data analysis on projects
- Are currently in the final year of your bachelor's degree or in the first year of your master’s degree, with a focus on business, technology, strategy, innovation, or a related field
- Have strong analytical and execution skills
- Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (Danish fluency is an advantage)
- Can engage with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Are comfortable working independently, in teams, and supporting senior roles
- Enjoy working with strategy, consulting, IT, digital technologies, and/or management
- Have a curious and creative mindset with attention to detail
