This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands\-on execution, stakeholder management, and executive communication, and potentially has worked a few years in consultancy used to “being thrown into projects and unknown territory”.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- 2–4 years of experience from management consulting, strategy consulting, or a similar strategic advisory environment
- Strong analytical and structured problem\-solving capabilities
- Experience creating high\-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive\-level storylines
- Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders across functions or countries
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
About the role and the team
You will become part of the Strategy department based in Copenhagen. The team works closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership across the organization on strategic priorities that support the company’s long\-term direction and transformation journey.
The role combines strategic analysis, project coordination, leadership support, and executive communication. As Strategy Advisor in GlobalConnect, you will contribute across both long\-term strategic work and ongoing business\-critical initiatives.
What you’ll be working on
- Supporting the CEO and CFO on strategic projects, organisational initiatives, and group\-wide priorities
- Contributing to the ongoing development, activation, and follow\-up of group strategy
- Preparing material, presentations, and strategic storylines for executive and Board\-level discussions
- Taking an active part in preparing material for the Board of Directors
- Supporting leadership meetings, executive workshops, and strategic seminars from planning through execution
- Driving smaller cross\-functional projects involving stakeholders across multiple countries
We believe you are someone who enjoys working in a fast\-moving and collaborative environment where priorities can shift and where communication with senior stakeholders is part of everyday work.
You likely bring a consulting mindset where you are used to solving challenging and exciting projects and tasks, where combining structure, analytical thinking, and attention to detail with a pragmatic and proactive way of working is key. If you thrive and are comfortable taking ownership, coordinating stakeholders, and turning complex topics into clear and actionable communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you.
