<h4>As one of our Strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, you will:</h4>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1hdtrva" data-start="783" data-end="908">Prospect into assigned enterprise customer accounts to identify new stakeholders, buying centers, and growth opportunities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1oo1qzn" data-start="909" data-end="1037">Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers through personalized outbound outreach strategies.</li>
<li data-section-id="f3opyw" data-start="1038" data-end="1165">Partner closely with Account Managers to support account expansion initiatives and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1pc4v47" data-start="1166" data-end="1285">Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to craft relevant messaging tailored to each account’s business context.</li>
<li data-section-id="14bfetd" data-start="1286" data-end="1422">Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s artificial intelligence-powered solutions and articulate their value to customer challenges.</li>
<li data-section-id="1rzrwt7" data-start="1423" data-end="1552">Act as a strategic first point of contact for new stakeholders while aligning outbound efforts with broader account priorities.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</h4>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1vky2s3" data-start="1603" data-end="1696">2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) technology sales or sales development.</li>
<li data-section-id="117p2bj" data-start="1697" data-end="1796">Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and engage multiple stakeholders confidently.</li>
<li data-section-id="nuu6ob" data-start="1797" data-end="1885">Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li data-section-id="18piha" data-start="1886" data-end="1996">Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of outbound activities effectively.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What will make you stand out:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS), ecommerce, or artificial intelligence-based solutions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.</li>
<li>Exposure to account-based selling strategies and buyer-centric messaging approaches.</li>
<li>Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>ECommerce or Service experience and knowledge</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce CRM </li>
<li>Account-based selling and buyer-centric messaging experience</li>
