Strategic Programmes Manager – CEO Office **

The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring their successful delivery and business impact. This role will require regular interaction with multiple departments, as well as coordination with external consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:

Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C\-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
Generate data\-driven insights for strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively;
Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross\-functionally and independently.
