We’re searching for go\-getters who embody:
- Proven Leadership: 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing high\-performing sales or account management teams.
- Consultative Excellence: A strong foundation in strategic and consultative selling, coupled with hands\-on experience navigating complex client relationships.
- Data\-Driven Execution: An analytical mindset and comfort using platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools to optimize team results.
- Fast\-Paced Adaptability: Resilience and organizational savvy to thrive in dynamic and metrics\-driven environments.
- Digital Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising sales, ad tech, SaaS, or media agency ecosystems.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, with additional experience in Western markets such as Dutch, German, and Nordics to drive success across diverse customer landscapes.
