The South Europe Business Planning team plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the region across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece. We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded, and execution\-oriented professional to join the team and help drive regional growth initiatives, partner strategy, and business planning across multiple channels and markets.

Description

Support strategic planning and business governance processes across South Europe, including Quarterly Planning (Q\+1\), Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), and ongoing regional business tracking.

Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, consumer behavior, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece.

Partner closely with country teams, Business Development, Finance, and Central RTM teams to coordinate regional initiatives and ensure strong executional follow\-through.

Develop executive\-level presentations and business recommendations for regional leadership, simplifying complex analyses into clear and actionable insights.

Support commercial and route\-to\-market initiatives across key channels, including Telco, Retail, and indirect distribution partners.

Track performance of strategic initiatives, benchmark best practices across countries, and help build scalable regional capabilities and processes.

Structure ambiguous business problems, conduct opportunity sizing exercises, and translate findings into strategic action plans.

Contribute to partner and account planning discussions, supporting prioritization and long\-term growth strategies.

Facilitate cross\-country coordination and help create stronger alignment, governance, and visibility across the region.","responsibilities":"

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer technology, telco, retail, ecommerce, or other high\-growth consumer\-facing industries.

Exposure to AI tools and data\-driven business planning methodologies.

International experience across European markets is a plus.

English required. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek are a plus.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a top\-tier consulting background (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or equivalent) with additional exposure to commercial, go\-to\-market, retail, telco, or growth\-related environments.

The ideal candidate combines structured problem solving with strong business intuition, thrives in highly cross\-functional environments, and is capable of turning complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with excellent problem\-solving skills and business judgment.

Proven experience in top\-tier strategy consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or equivalent), ideally at Case Team Leader / Manager level or above.

Additional exposure to commercial, go\-to\-market, retail, telecom, or growth\-focused environments is highly valued.

Strong understanding of route\-to\-market models, channel dynamics, and consumer business trends.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.

Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, including the ability to build high\-quality presentations for senior leadership audiences

Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities within complex and matrixed organizations.

High level of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast\-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills across local and central teams.

Comfortable working across multicultural environments and coordinating initiatives across multiple countries.
