Strategic Account Manager - DACH REGION

<p>This role will focus on cultivating and maintaining strong, strategic customer relationships while managing and selling to a portfolio of key accounts. The Strategic Account Manager will also support the implementation of global sales and purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives. <p><strong>What can you expect to do?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer Insight &amp; Relationship Management:</strong> Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the structure, culture, and needs of key customers</li>
<li><strong>Continuous Learning &amp; Development:</strong> Manage and facilitate own individual training, including sales, sourcing, and throughput</li>
<li><strong>ERP Accuracy &amp; Data Integrity:</strong> Ensure customer requirements are accurately.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Performance &amp; Profit Growth:</strong> Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly gross profit sales goals</li>
<li><strong>Brand Representation &amp; Value Communication:</strong> Represent and communicate the company's culture, values, and value proposition</li>
<li><strong>Customer Responsiveness &amp; Problem Solving:</strong> Provide immediate and reliable solutions to customer needs</li>
<li><strong>Sales Documentation &amp; CRM Discipline:</strong> Complete detailed records of all sales data regarding contracts, quotations, and other customer interactions and annotate all customer touches in ERP systems.</li>
<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Performance Analysis:</strong> Create and present periodic reports detailing customer interactions and sales/gross profit totals</li>

<p><strong>What is the experience and knowledge needed to be successful in this role?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4-year college degree in a sales related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of sales experience in the electronics components industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, account management, CRM</li>
<li>Substantial product knowledge</li>
