The Role:

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive individual to join our warehouse team as a Returns \& Stock Processing Operative. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing arcade machine parts,processing returns and repairs,managing stock levels,and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process arcade machine parts for repair and manage returns from customers


• Raise credits for returned goods and coordinate returns to suppliers


• Receive and inspect incoming orders,verify against documentation,and update stock control systems


• Label products and prepare courier collection labels for returns


• Perform regular stock counts and return repaired items to stock


• Investigate and resolve stock\-related queries accurately and efficiently


• Communicate effectively with colleagues via email and phone regarding orders,stock,and logistics


• Assist the dispatch team in preparing and sending goods


• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support general housekeeping duties


• Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested to support operational needs
