TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready\-to\-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The role
TOTEME is looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team in our Nordiska Kompaniet Store on a full\-time basis. In this role, you will focus on execution and operational excellence, ensuring a smooth daily operation and sales experience for our clients. You will be an operational and motivational leader on the shop floor, taking charge of the daily sales plan including client engagement and styling advice. You will also monitor visual merchandising standards, and support with inventory checks. You will report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long\-term relationships.
- Support the team in reaching sales targets and driving strong store performance.
- Support with daily operations including stock handling, reporting, and general store upkeep.
- Help implement store policies and support new initiatives from the management team.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- A solid track record in sales, with confidence in working towards and supporting sales targets.
- Some experience in leading or supervising a team in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with back\-office tasks and basic reporting.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Self\-motivated, solution\-oriented and hands\-on in approach.
- Results\-driven, organized, and solution\-oriented.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for client experience.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring brand representation.
- Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
