Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and managing store operations while upholding our commitment to quality and customer service.

Reporting to the Store Manager the role will include the following duties:

• Day to Day running of the store supporting the Store Manager to achieve goals


• Ensuring stock levels are adequate through the analysis of sales.


• Analysing stock figures and ensuring correct stock files.


• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers.


• Promoting excellent customer service within store.


• Ensuring the store is presented to the best possible standard through visual merchandising.


• Maximising staff hours and prioritising tasks with regard to time management.


• Recruiting, training and motivating staff and dealing with disciplinary issues.


• Monitoring staff performance and ensuring staff targets are met.


• Monitoring Health and safety procedures within the store.

• Previous retail supervisory experience


• The ability to lead and motivate a team


• Excellent organisation and planning skills


• The ability to identify and resolve customer problems


• A positive/can\-do attitude


• Shifts 5 days over 7 to include one weekend day. 40 hours per week

Pay: £12\.95 per hour
