As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the store. You'll lead from the front, coach your team, drive sales and ensure high standards across every area of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets
- Creating an exceptional customer experience
- Managing store operations, stock control and visual merchandising
- Recruiting, training and developing future talent
- Building a high performing and engaged team culture
- Ensuring excellent standards across the store at all times
- Using commercial awareness to maximise opportunities and drive profitability
To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Fashion Retail Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance
- Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams
- The ability to lead from the front in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and decision making skills
- A positive, energetic and proactive leadership style
- A passion for customer service and delivering results through people
