What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver strong performance and great customer outcomes
- Drive commercial results through exceptional service and effective leadership
- Champion a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised product advice
- Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
- Support your team through change, embedding new ways of working with confidence and clarity
- Focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to develop both people and performance
