About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to join our growing luxury preloved fashion business in Chelsea. As the majority of our sales are completed online, this is a unique retail role that combines client relationship management, sales development, luxury fashion expertise, and showroom management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Matching \& CRM Management
- Match new arrivals with existing buyers using our CRM database and historical customer data.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive online conversions.
- Manage and grow our VIP shopping appointment programme.
- Contact existing and prospective clients by phone, email, and CRM tools to encourage bookings for in\-person and video appointments.
- Manage walk\-in and drop\-in appointments.
- Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Keep pricing, point\-of\-sale materials, and product information accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with our VIP Account Manager to increase consignment stock levels.
- Contact existing and lapsed clients to encourage consignments and maintain strong relationships.
- Follow up on all buyer and seller enquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure all communications are correctly logged and actioned within the CRM.
- Coordinate with our courier partners to organise high\-value collections and deliveries.
- Review high\-value listings and create detailed product videos to help drive sales.
- Showcase luxury pieces confidently and knowledgeably to potential buyers.
- Be responsible for closing the store and ensuring all stock is stored securely and safely.
You will be:
- Friendly, energetic, and highly personable.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and the preloved market.
- Comfortable working within a small team where reliability, trust, and accountability are essential.
- Confident speaking on the phone and building client relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products.
- Proven retail sales experience.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
