Store Manager - Vape Shop

We are looking for a highly mature, experienced individual who has our key objectives at heart, to enhance Scotvapes place as a leading, trusted brand in Scotland’s e\-cigarette industry. We are seeking a Store Manager to join the team in our lively Paisley store. This position is contracted to a minimum of 30 hours per week. This role requires excellent organisational skills, commitment to continuously expand vaping knowledge, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We require a minimum of a years experience in a retail managerial capacity and a knowledge of vaping.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and personalised sales of e\-liquid and hardware
- Day to day maintenance of shop appearance including cleaning and restocking
- Providing the best possible product information and advice to customers
- Stock taking and date checking
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Maximising profitability including motivating staff to do so
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, and the new TPD legislation
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Liaising with Area manager
- Enforcing Age Verification policies
- Managing staff hours and holiday requests
- Dealing with banking and managing till floats

Pay: £15\.00 per hour
