Trespass is an outdoor clothing and equipment brand, trading since 1984\. We make waterproof jackets, ski wear, hiking boot and camping gear for everyone from weekend walkers to serious adventurers. With over 300 stores worldwide and a strong online business, we are now expanding into Poland, Canada and Germany. Our new store at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet is part of that growth.
We are opening a new store at Batavia Stad and we need a Store Manager to make it their own. You will build the team and shape the store from day one. You will report to our Area Manager in the UK, so you need to work comfortably in both Dutch and English.
What you will do
- Hit the store's sales and profit targets
- Lead, coach and motivate your team
- Recruit and train new staff
- Make the staff rota
- Keep the store looking sharp with good displays
- Manage stock and keep losses low
- Keep the store safe and secure
- Report to the Area Manager in English
- Retail experience as a supervisor, assistant manager or store manager
- Fluent Dutch and good working English, both spoken and written. You will work with our UK team every day.
- Comfortable with numbers and sales figures
- Good with people, able to train and motivate a team
- Organised and calm when the store is busy
- Outdoor, sports or fashion retail is a plus
- Staff discount on Trespass clothing and gear
