What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead from the front with great customer experiences
- Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
- Drive sales, KPIs and profitability
- Recruit and develop great talent
- Turn performance insights into action
- Live and lead the Sunglass Hut culture
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial instincts and a passion for performance
- Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
- A customer first mindset with strong selling skills
- Great organisation, communication and problem solving ability
- Energy, ownership and a can do attitude
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
