As a Store Manager, your main mission is to develop turnover and optimize the retail profitability of the store by respecting the commercial business strategy, internal processes, values, and image of the brand.
Responsibilities:
Business Developer
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers;
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor:
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved;
- Analyze the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow\-up at the store level.
- Scout and recruit store staff and manage the integration into the team;
- Monitor staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, sales technique, and stock management;
- Carry out staff performance valuation and suggest personal development programs (talent management).
- Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally;
- Highly aware of everything concerning customers of the store;
- Ensure excellence in the sales rituals as per company policy.
- Observe and apply company policies and procedures ensuring that all directives are observed in\-store (including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, HR policy, cash management);
- Oversee management of warehouse space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection.

Requirements
- Relevant retail management experience;
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
- Strong customer management abilities, service\-oriented with in\-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Dutch and English mandatory.
