Store Manager Papa Johns

We are looking for a strong and motivated Store Manager to lead our Papa Johns store in Zaandam.

This is a full operational leadership position for someone who can manage a fast\-paced environment, lead a team, control quality standards, and drive results.

What We Expect:

• Leadership and team management skills


• Experience in horeca, QSR, pizza, or restaurant operations


• Ability to manage shifts, labor cost, food cost, and store performance


• Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer service


• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours


• Responsible, organized, and proactive mentality


• Fluent English required (Dutch is a plus)

• Managing daily store operations


• Leading and motivating the team


• Scheduling and labor control


• Inventory and ordering management


• Maintaining Papa Johns standards and food quality


• Handling customer complaints and operational issues


• Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed correctly


• Training and developing employees
