Store Manager

Nourish is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of up to 6 colleagues in our busy store in Dunnes Stores, Leopardstown Shopping Centre, Dublin 18\.

- Monday–Friday working pattern generally, with one evening shift weekly and one weekend shift monthly

This is a 40\-hour\-per\-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am–9pm.
You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you'll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.
Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers' meetings.
