To lead our POLO RALPH LAUREN Store in Ingolstadt, we are seeking a dedicated
Store Manager (m/f/d) Full\-time.

As the Manager (m/f/d) of our team, who works with passion, ambition, and expertise to create an outstanding customer experience, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating the team to ensure an excellent Ralph Lauren Customer Experience, as well as driving sales and thus the store's profitability. Your tasks will include ensuring relevant product availability (product and quantity) for customers in close cooperation with the Buying Department. You will manage, optimize, and control initiatives to increase sales and efficiency across various sales areas. Furthermore, the development of managers and sales consultants, as well as new hires, is a key focus for you.
