In the context of the brand’s strong redevelopment and renewed growth, you will take responsibility for an iconic boutique and have the opportunity to play an active role in driving a new commercial and team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the boutique’s commercial performance and achieve business objectives
Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 employees
Ensure an outstanding client experience and consistently deliver impeccable service
Develop client retention, clienteling and CRM initiatives
Act as a true ambassador for the Maison, its identity and values
Profile:
At least 5 years of proven management experience within a luxury or premium fashion brand
Natural leadership, strong results\-driven mindset and a genuine passion for client service
Excellent coaching and team development skills
Fluent English is essential
Mandarin proficiency would be a strong asset
Compensation:
€60K gross annual base salary \+ bonus
