Do you want full responsibility for daily operations and the opportunity to grow with a fast\-growing fast casual brand? Starting up June to August 2026 is prefered.
We are rebranding Burgerheim Åsane to Flamme Burger Åsane in late summer 2026\. Location is at Åsane Shopping mall.
Flamme Burger is looking for a hands\-on Store Manager who is passionate about food, people, and great guest experiences. You will lead from the front, take ownership of results, and play a key role in building a strong team culture moving forward.
Flamme Burger focuses on good ingredients and delivers uncompromising quality burgers. Combined with a pleasant price, Flamme has quickly become a favorite in both Oslo and Bergen, which is also our goal in Stord.
Flamme Burger started its first restaurant in Oslo in 2021, and now has a total of six branches.
Your Role:
Lead daily operations and ensure high standards in service and food quality
Recruit, train, and motivate part\-time employees with the support from HR \& Operations
Manage schedules, purchasing, and inventory
Take responsibility for results, cost control, and profitability
Work closely with the Operations Manager across the brand
About You:
Experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role
Proactive, structured, and comfortable making decisions
Strong communicator who leads by example
Thrive among people and working on the floor
English is a must, Scandinavian language is an advantage
