This is a unique opportunity to join a pop\-up project with an expected duration of 2 years. We are looking for a candidate who can be ideally available to start in August and play a key role in the successful opening and development of the concept.

As the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the store’s success by leading a team that delivers exceptional experiences and strong results every day. As part of our retail leadership community, you’ll help bring the brand to life in a way that inspires both customers and your team. This role is all about making an impact through confident people leadership, smart decision making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Customer Experience
- Leads by example in customer engagement and service excellence.
- Develops a team passionate about the brand and product knowledge
- Identifies market opportunities and drives initiatives that support brand growth.
- Oversees merchandising, sales trends, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensures operational compliance, payroll efficiency, and expense control.
- Conducts business analysis to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Recruits, develops, and retains top talent.
- Fosters a positive culture of recognition, collaboration, and accountability.
- Models leadership behaviors and supports company initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years retail management experience required.
- Flexible availability to support varying business needs.
- Confident decision making in fast paced environments
- Ability to interpret data and act on insights.
- Skilled at building customer focused store cultures.
- Strong problem solving with practical solutions.
- Consistent role modeling of brand values and behaviors.
