Job type: 12\-Month Fixed\-Term Contract

Hours: Full\-time working 38 hours a week, including weekends.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the store meets its sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue to your store.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.


• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations to foster professional development.


• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries or concerns.


• Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.

• Proven experience managing a team in a retail environment.


• Commercially driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growing profit.


• A track record of recruiting, motivating, and developing high\-performing teams.


• Sales\-focused with a keen understanding of excellent customer service and retail standards.


• Strong communication, time management, planning, and organisational skills.
