What You’ll Be Doing
As Store Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the showroom’s success — motivating your team, delivering exceptional customer journeys, and ensuring the site performs at its absolute best.
You’ll:
· Lead, inspire, and develop a successful team of Business Managers and Sales Consultants
· Drive performance and maximise sales opportunities across the dealership
· Create a positive, energetic, and customer\-focused culture
· Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
· Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring an outstanding buying experience
· Manage stock control and vehicle valuations confidently and effectively
· Analyse performance data and report insights to senior leadership
· Deliver impactful sales campaigns and promotional activity
· Ensure full compliance with FCA, GDPR, and company policies
· Lead from the front with passion, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
· Proven leadership experience within the automotive industry
· Strong track record in automotive sales performance
· Experience managing and motivating dealership sales teams
· Knowledge of finance and insurance products
· Excellent communication and people leadership skills
· Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability
· Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
· Understanding of FCA and GDPR compliance standards
