*Norrøna Retail is now seeking a store associate with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities \- join our team at Norrøna´s Concept Store Lagunen!*
The position is a permanent full\-time position equivalent to 100%. As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school


• Previous retail experience


• Genuine interest in sports and outdoor activities

Key responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service


• Develop and maintain in\-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products


• Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement


• Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise


• Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store


• Participate in the planning and execution of in\-store activities and events


• Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture


• Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna
